Requesting a user to re-take a risk assessment

 

Risk assessments reset automatically every 365 days by default or to the period you have defined in the Risk Assessment settings. You can also manually re-issue a risk assessment to someone within their existing refresher period when it is required:

  1. In Admin go to > Risk Management > Suspend access/Retake

  2. From here select the type of risk assessment and click search

  3. A list of all users issued with the risk assessment will appear.

  4. If a user has already completed you can click the ‘Retake’ to re-issue a new copy for them to complete.
