New course - PPE Training

In line with the new changes to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations, from 6 April 2022, employers need to ensure that there is no difference in the way PPE is provided to your workers, as defined by PPER 2022.

This new module covers the law, and recent changes and how to protect yourself from various risks with the correct use of PPE equipment. Everyone should learn how to protect themselves from health and safety risks whilst at work. The module covers key areas for employees such as:

• Safety helmets and hard hats

• Gloves and hand protection

• Eye protection

• High-visibility clothing

• Safety footwear and safety harnesses

Advanced compliancy report update

When clicking on a coloured chip with a department popup the users listed now have a status column do you can quickly find the users that require contacting.

Admin list download

You can now download into Excel your list of Administrators. This download will also show all respective admin rights issued to each person. The download button is located in User management > View/Add Administrators.

Document management now has sub-categories enabled. This new feature allows you to create sub-categories within your main categories for easier document management.

Send email reminders

You can now send email reminders to users who have outstanding training directly from ClickHSE. To find the is new feature in your Admin dashboard go to Communication > Reminders.

Due to popular demand we have changed the time of the weekly summary email sent to Administrators to process at 7am GMT each Monday.

Risk Assessment report updated

The risk assessment report has had an update to now include an ‘Allocated on’ column. This shows the date the risk assessment was originally assigned to the user.

Default reminder settings for new accounts

All new ClickHSE accounts will have reminders automatically enabled by default. Reminders can be turned off at any time by Administrator should it be required.

New test results filter added

A new ‘Not Passed’ status filter has been added to the Test Results report. ‘Not Passed’ combines the 3 statuses of ‘Not Started’, ‘In Progress’ and ‘Failed ‘to allow you to quickly see all results that have not yet had gained ‘Passed’ status.

AVA goes live for ClickHSE support

AVA is our automated help-bot and has been helping people successfully find what they need in seconds on our corporate website for a few months now. We have upgraded AVA’s capabilities to now help ClickHSE users and administrators get instant support within the platform when they need it most. AVA is currently in testing and once live can be found at any time by clicking the little blue box in the bottom right of the ClickHSE screen.

Risk assessments status

A new field has been added to the risk assessments report showing if a user has or has not completed their risk assessment, removes the need for further manual filtering.

A new field has been introduced for user registration providing an optional field to capture an employee ID number if the organisation requires.

Admin rights

Several new features have been made live for Administrators wanting to give other users admin rights. Administrators can learn more about the various admin rights available in User management > View/Add Administrators.

Profile pictures

A new feature has been released that allows user to upload their profile picture to ClickHSE. This can be found by clicking the silhouette icon in the top right of an account once logged in.

Supported image formats are .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .gif and the maximum file size is 1mb.

A new course has been launched, Cyber Security Training, which can be made available with immediate effect to all ClickHSE accounts.

Manual allocations

It’s now possible to manually assign by location OR department, or location AND department within the Allocate Course Manual tool. This feature makes it much easier to bulk-allocate to users where automations have not been setup prior to uploading users.

We also fixed an issue where some risk assessments were not displaying to users.

Document management updates

The Document management report has been updated to now include a column showing if a user has been allocated the document or not with a Yes/No option. These column is sortable and also has a quick-filter available for ease of speedy reporting.

Document management now has a ‘Visibility’ option to allow admins to select which user groups see the uploaded documents. This can be set to:

• ‘Entire company’

• By Location

• By Department

Resend activation emails

It’s now possible to re-send the initial activation emails to any user with a new button next to each user in User management > View users.
