Sexual Harassment Training Course

Sexual Harassment training for employers and employees has never been so important. By law, all employers must take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their employees. The law is the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023. The law came into effect on 26 October 2024.

The course is a comprehensive training module designed to offer an in-depth approach to sexual harassment prevention within your working environment.

Although sexual harassment can occur anywhere, it is especially prominent in places of employment. Because of this, it is crucial that you, as an employee, are aware of the behaviours and attitudes that are considered sexual harassment to identify and prevent it from happening to yourself or your colleagues.

This sexual harassment unit will equip you with the self-assurance to identify sexual harassment at work, know how to properly report it to your line manager, and know how to collaborate with your colleagues to foster a culture that discourages sexual harassment.

At the end of the course, you will be presented with an assessment of multiple-choice questions and will need to score 80% to be awarded the course certificate.

You can re-take the course or assessment as many times as you like during the lifetime of your course subscription.
