My user has no course license?   

 

If a user hasn’t got a license despite being set up to have one, there are a number of things to check first, one being your license count.

First log in to your Administration Dashboard

  1. Check to make sure you have assigned them a course first

  2. Go to License Management > Review Licenses

  3. Here you can see a list of courses assigned to your account, along with the license totals for each course

  4. If under ‘Available for assignment’ column figure is 0 this indicates that all licenses for this course have been issued.     

Alternatively if your licenses are showing available, then its possible this user has been registered before this course was added and set to auto assign.

In this case simply assign a license manually via ‘Course management’.  

If your license count is on its maximum you can contact our sales team to add more licenses or further courses.
